
With everything thing going on around us, I just wanted to remind you that self-love doesn't always have to be this big thing you need to do or focus on or even change in your life.
Sometimes it's simply meeting yourself where you are.
Give yourself some love this week (and beyond!!)
You deserve it so very much.
I know I haven't been around for a bit...
The thing is I wasn't feeling like myself. My energy and mood were really low.
However, I've been focusing inward and I have come through the other side!
It's in these moments we have to really try and find ways to love ourselves.
When you feel like doing nothing...simply be as you are!
If you find yourself feeling off or just need a shift, here are a few things I did to change things around.
First I allowed myself to feel...everything.
Then I realized I wanted to feel different (and like myself again).
So I made a promise to myself to show up on my mat no matter what. I didn't have to do anything but unroll my mat and show up as I was in that moment.
The other week, I made it to my yoga mat daily...and by that Friday I was feeling so good, I decided to keep going and do strength training too!
And last week I was back to my normal workout routine.
It feels so good when we push through and get back in the flow.
But it can be challenging to get there.
So love yourself where you are...give yourself a hug.
Take it one step at a time, one minute at a time.
